Fresh Tomato & Olive Oil Pasta

Fresh Tomato and Olive Oil Pasta

I’m a huge pasta person, I love me some carbs.

So I am always looking for ways to mix up my pasta dishes (macaroni & cheese gets a little old sometimes).

I’d always been curious about those olive oil pasta dishes – they seemed light and yummy, and probably easy to make.

I then decided to come up with my own, based upon spices that I enjoy.

I give you my super easy Fresh Tomato & Olive Oil Pasta.

Fresh Tomato & Olive Oil Pasta

First you gotta cook your pasta up – ya know boil the water & pour two cups of pasta in.

While your pasta is cooking, prepare your ingredients.

Chop up your cherry tomatoes – I like them in quarters.

Grab your olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt & pepper.

When your pasta is done, strain it, mix all your stuff together and bam! Your perfect pasta dish is ready.
